This Vanilla Chai Protein Shake is the perfect on-the-go breakfast option or can replace any meal if you’re in the mood for something sweet yet filling.
As I previously mentioned in my Creamy Blueberry and Raspberry Protein Smoothie post, I have been on a serious protein smoothie /shake kick during this quarantine! I go for a walk everyday around lunchtime to get outside but to also breakup the monotony of my day and once I get home I’ve been making this Vanilla Chai Protein Shake and it is perfection! As it is warming up heading into Summer this is the most delicious way to cool down after being active outside.

- Almond beverage

- Pumpkin pie spice (I’m a pumpkin spice all year round kind of girl)
- Vanilla extract
- Ice
Nutrition and Health Benefits of This Shake
