Turkey Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Quick question: have you ever noticed that the macros on most breakfast sandwiches are INSANE?! Wayyy too many carbohydrates, always super high in fat and never enough protein. By regularly consuming these types of meals the only thing you can guarantee is fat storage EVERY time you consume it and the possibility of Diabetes and/or heart complications down the road. Unless it’s a rare occurrence that you eat something like that (which is totally fine), it’s just not worth it. This is why I decided to create the Turkey Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich to offer a healthier version for my readers that is a 10 out of 10 yummy and comes with no guilt. You’re welcome!

Creating healthy versions of comfort food is my passion. If you read My “Why” For Becoming a Registered Dietitian then you know that I clearly love tasty food because of my weight struggles throughout my life. Restrictive eating is hard and no fun, I believe in smart eating. I hope this recipe shows you that any meal that you love is possible with healthier ingredients.
