- Tomatoes
- Microgreens
- Turkey bacon
- Blue cheese
- Black pepper

Balsamic Tomato and Blue Cheese Salad
Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Chef knife
- Sauté pan
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup tomatoes, sliced
- 1 slice turkey bacon, halved and sliced
- ½ oz blue cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup microgreens
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Place a sauté pan over medium heat and sauté the turkey bacon for 2-3 minutes. Place in a bowl and let cool.
- Slice tomatoes and plate them. Top with cooled turkey bacon, blue cheese crumbles, micro greens, and black pepper.
- In a small bowl add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, mix well and drizzle over the salad.
