Ingredients
1 ½cuptomatoes, sliced
1sliceturkey bacon, halved and sliced
½ ozblue cheese, crumbled
½cupmicrogreens
Black pepper, to taste
2tsp olive oil
1tspbalsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
Place a sauté pan over medium heat and sauté the turkey bacon for 2-3 minutes. Place in a bowl and let cool.
Slice tomatoes and plate them. Top with cooled turkey bacon, blue cheese crumbles, micro greens, and black pepper.
In a small bowl add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, mix well and drizzle over the salad.
