Balsamic Tomato and Blue Cheese Salad

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 slice turkey bacon, halved and sliced
  • ½ oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup microgreens
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  • Place a sauté pan over medium heat and sauté the turkey bacon for 2-3 minutes. Place in a bowl and let cool.
  • Slice tomatoes and plate them. Top with cooled turkey bacon, blue cheese crumbles, micro greens, and black pepper.
  • In a small bowl add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, mix well and drizzle over the salad.
