These Tuna Stuffed Sweet Peppers are a quarantine creation that has become a staple healthy snack in my life. They are not only so easy to make but packed with nutrients and have that salty sweet combo that I live for. If you are looking for a quick, super satisfying, nutrition packed snack – I can’t recommend this recipe enough.
Tuna Stuffed Sweet Peppers Ingredients
- Sweet peppers (now in season for Fall – Fall Fruit and Vegetable Guide)
- Canned tuna
- Mayonnaise
- Relish
- Red onion
- Black pepper

Tuna Stuffed Sweet Peppers
Equipment
- Chef knife
- Cutting Board
Ingredients
- 21 sweet peppers, halved
- 1 can tuna in water, drained
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbsp relish
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients from the can of tuna to the black pepper to a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mix and help flake the tuna. Place mixture to the side
- Wash and halve the sweet peppers.
- Take a spoonful of the tuna mixture and place it on the halved sweet peppers.
