Tuna Stuffed Sweet Peppers are a healthy snack that can made in under 5 minutes with just 6 nutrient-dense ingredients. Halved sweet peppers stuffed with a salty sweet tuna mixture including: flaked tuna, mayonnaise, relish, red onion and black pepper.
Add all of the ingredients from the can of tuna to the black pepper to a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mix and help flake the tuna. Place mixture to the side
Wash and halve the sweet peppers.
Take a spoonful of the tuna mixture and place it on the halved sweet peppers.
