Peach and mango blended with greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, almond butter and coconut beverage. This Peach and Mango Protein Smoothie is a tropical and refreshing breakfast or snack option.
As I’ve previously mentioned, Summer is my absolute FAVORITE season of the year. One of the main reasons it’s my favorite is because of all of the super colorful and tasty fresh produce that’s available! Peaches, mangos, nectarines, apricots, strawberries, blackberries…the list goes on and on. It’s basically a nonstop tropical vacation in your mouth and I’m here for it. You can just leave me in the fresh produce section at the grocery store for the next few months, I’ll be fine. So, while we are unable to travel to our favorite destinations this Summer (many tears have been shed), I’m bringing to you a tropical paradise in the form of this super delish Peach and Mango Protein Smoothie.
By using frozen fruit, greek yogurt and coconut beverage, this protein smoothie comes out thick and creamy with an ice cream-like texture. In my eyes, it’s the tastiest way to cool down on these super hot days or after a workout. This smoothie is a FULL meal replacement, so all you need to do is throw the ingredients in a blender and create a meal in under 5 minutes. Super easy, I know! Hi Timothy! Thank you for the feedback, I’m so happy that you tried this smoothie and loved it. You can sub out coconut milk for coconut beverage anytime, it’s essentially the same thing. I hope these smoothies continue to brighten your days in the future. 🙂
