    Macros Nutrition Program

    Macros Nutrition Program Approach


    I use a macros-centered approach to nutrition, meaning that all meals and snacks consumed are nutritionally balanced and in a mindful portion size.  This approach is not only appropriate to reach and maintain your weight and/or body composition goals, but macros can also be used to manage a variety of health complications and chronic disease states. Macros nutrition is the most effective and REALISTIC way to nourish the body properly, avoid over-consumption and still maintain a quality of life. 

    We don’t restrict food items around here, instead we make them work within your specific needs, there’s a difference.

    What You Can Expect


    An individualized nutrition game plan to meet your specific needs, goals and lifestyle (Dietitians like to make things personal, but in a good way).

    Focus on lifestyle and behavior change (because we all know these types of transitions are SO much more than input vs. output).

    Consistent accountability and support from yours truly!  While in this program you can choose to meet with me weekly or bi-weekly based on the type of support you need.  I will also be available to you 24/7 outside of appointments to address any questions or concerns to keep you successful.

    28 meal ideas in your portion size that you can safely consume while you are learning to count your macros and still see results right away.

    Nutrition education materials for you to keep so that you never forget what we’ve talked about and can reference whenever you need them.

    3-month minimum commitment to join this program.  We all know that change does not happen overnight and to truly create a long-term behavior and lifestyle change it takes time.
