  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I used MRM chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop collagen protein powder I used Vital Proteins coconut collagen creamer
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
