I didn’t start my life eating kale, brown rice and egg whites right out of the womb. In fact, I love cheeseburgers and french fries just as much as the next person. BUT, as a Registered Dietitian, I know that I need to be mindful of my consumption to keep my weight and health where it needs to be. You know, it's that annoying term known as "balance". I'm far from perfect and that's how I enjoy being! This is a space where I want to be REAL with you.
